Westminster Employability Award: Bronze

The Westminster Employability Award (WEA) is an employability achievement award, designed to help students gain formal recognition for the extracurricular activities they take part in during their time as a University of Westminster student. Students are awarded the Westminster Employability Award for demonstrating commitment to their personal and professional development.

To complete the Bronze level, students may have taken part in a range of activities, including:

• Completing a Skills Audit, considering their strengths and weaknesses and identifying avenues for development

• Improving their digital literacy by completing a range of online courses

• Attending events to practice networking, communication, and time management skills

• Exploring and committing to take part in a range of Careers and Employability activities alongside their academic studies
